Along with its healthcare services, the Sangha organizes regular cultural programmes for healthy recreation. These activities are considered equally important, at par with the usual healthcare activities undertaken. For spiritual upliftment, Study Circles are held at the centres every week. Besides, birth anniversaries like that of Sri Ramakrishna Deva, Holy Mother Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda are held with other festivals like Durga Puja and Janmashtami. Youth Conventions and introspection camps are also held. These programmes are held at the headquarters of the Sangha at Calcutta as well as the individual centres. At the centres, the village-folk eagerly come forward, take part in the programme and make it a grand success.
Apart from this Physical education programmes are also undertaken at the Early Child Education (ECE) Schools run by the Sangha. At times, physical and cultural exhibitions are also held. Cultural programmes are held at regular intervals nowadays. Dramas depicting the ideal of service are held. These are increasingly being encouraged as a part of the education curriculum. Volunteers of the Sangha organize drills and other types of activities at the ECE Schools.
